About Allison:

Allison is a founder & exercise/nutrition coach who helps active women stop overtraining and underfueling to get a regular period and feel more free around food/exercise. As a former NCAA cheerleader turned marathon runner, she struggled with RED-S and missing her period for years before she recovered. Once she realized how prevalent it is, she created the program that has now helped hundreds recover using evidence-based strategies.
